the letter ill need in the darker hours.

Things i gotta have in mind when the road gets rough and the path is dark. 
I need to mantain my body soul and mind
I need to feed the three of them equally, nutritive, and balanced. 
I need to keep calm when things does not look as i was expecting, the road can always change in the glance of an eye. 
I'll keep in eye my goal, and focus my whole energy on it, nothing else really matter there, thats why far is always easier.  get advantage of it. 
be comfortable, dont thing and rethink things that already passed, keep looking ahead and feeling the now. 
ive already picture it since months ago, everything will work out just fine, just as its supposed to go in the best way possible, i just have to flow and let things be as they already are, any attempt of rethinking and asking for it to much, will just slow my process, and at the end i will only be there 4 months :) so enjoy pam, nothing is as important as we make it seem sometimes, enjoy the enjoyable, focus on the goals and future, and let go of the past. just be as much as you can, and get closer to your true being, meditate at least twice  a day as always, and have a daily energy pass, this will only take you 20 minutes, enjoy your body with 15 minutes of yoga, and enjoy your days off giving more time to those activities, reward yourself with fresh organic food, and find joy in discipline, find yourself in it, it will be  one of the most valuable assets you will attain while there. 

right now does not matter what happened (it already did, let it go, GO ! NOW pamela), it does not matter what you are thinking (remember they may not even be your own thoughts), and smile even if you feel like faking it ( in this situations its always worth faking till you make it.) .. if you need to read this more than once do, but do never go to bed with a feeling of discomfort and lack of gratitude. BE GRATEFUL for everything and everybody around you, be grateful for the good and the bad... and let go there wont be enough time to loose on nonsense .. 

stop thinking and just feel.. now you may go to bed.
